To my understanding, MidJourney isn't concern about the lack of female users, what they are concerning though, is that MidJourney's algorithm is partially influenced based on users' rating - which means, the more male users (80%) there are, the algorithm is leaning towards the "male bias", which they're trying to avoid and look into ways to improve. 😊
