Probably the Bitcoin ETF will be like the Gold ETF... it will take many years for the institutional and retail investors to bring significant volumes... they they will come and do some impact sooner or later :)

In the short term, there's also the possibility that the EFT approval will be a "sell the news" event and the BTC might actually drop.
