Great question. Yes, the only thing that for which there's no market price, is the price of money, i.e. interest rates.

Most bubbles and inflation are caused by central banks manipulating rates, and then they try to cure the problem by further manipulating rates.

Rgarding TRY, will Turkey manage to curb inflation?

The TRY carry trade seems like a fun gamble. But considering the currency volatility and M2 inflation... Seems more like a trade for sofisticated hedge funds.
