Great question. When investing in a project a follow a due diligence framework where I ask like 20 questions. It never fails. But by looking at a project for 5 minutes you can already see:

1. Do they have a real use case? Do they have real users? Do they have supply side and demand side (for example Render protocol is a GPU marketplace; do they have supply and demand for GPUs?).

2. Is their marketing trying to pump the price of the token or trying to bring real users onboard?

3. Do they seem to have a long term vision?
