I've added one paragraph in the article highlighting that I'm a "fundamental analysis" and "value investing" guy and that I didn't use any real money in this trading bot.

That should be more clear now.

Regarding being quantitative trading or not, that's more debatable. Mean reversion is used in quant trading, and this can be accomplished with Bollinger Bands.
